First off, thank you to all of you for making our first session of Sunday shinny so enjoyable. As most of you know, we are now taking it one step further with the introduction of GTA Inline, Season 1. This will be a volunteer run, non-profit league with a focus on fun, good sportsmanship and balanced competition.
Season 1 will be made up of three teams, with each team playing two 30 minute games each week. To accommodate this, we have extended our rink time to run from 9:00am – 10:45am each Sunday, from November 1st to December 13th. Team captains are Paul Harjono (paul@tortechgroup.com), Danny Modaresi (nextgenreno@gmail.com) and Darren Magpayo (dmagpayo@hotmail.com).
As mentioned, GTA Inline will be volunteer run, so with that said, we are looking for 2-3 volunteers per team who are willing to lend their help, support or special skills. If any of you are interested in helping out as referees or time keepers, please let your captain or myself know ASAP so we can fill you in on more details. We are also open to any feedback or suggestions you have to make these games even more enjoyable.
For Week 1-November 1st, the game times are listed below. If you know that you will be unavailable for any weeks, we ask that you tell your captains ASAP so that they can find a suitable replacement player to keep your team from being shorthanded.

As a final reminder, we will need to collect $70 from the players who did not pay last week. Danny will be coming around to collect the fees from everyone, so please look for him this week.
